The broad range of modular technology marketed by IVT has become a very powerful toolkit for web developers.

As a Web Application Integrator you’ll have an opportunity to jump in the driver’s seat and produce some brilliant web applications!

The key responsibilities of this role include:

taking approved interface designs and convert them to HTML/CSS

deploying the interface onto pre-existing modular technology

ensuring best practice in navigation and compliance to web standards

We are looking for someone who:

Has a Graphic Design/Multimedia qualification at University or TAFE level

Has experience with content management systems and templating engines

Can interpret website plans

Understands the value in web standards and cares about usability

Is adaptable and willing to learn

Is a team player who is committed to achieving the best results

The successful candidate will be given training in the broad range of IVT web applications and become a key team member.

Good practices make good developers

Being consistent in practices make good developers. This can range from PHP, ASP developers to web site designers whom write html and css.

I find being consistent in every day practices I do when writing html and css, can make the job easier and more effective.

He is an example of how I keep my html consistent.

Most of the websites I create I use this structure always. By doing this method it can be done automatically, freeing up more time to do refinements.

I really believe being consistent makes you a good developer. It means certain processes like writing html and css can be done effectively and quickly. Giving more time to refining and getting other jobs done.
